Questions: hello@cloud-stream.one
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Cloud Stream training materials, schedules, or related web properties, you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree with any section, discontinue use of our services and contact us for clarification before enrolling.
2. Training Services Description
Cloud Stream delivers marketplace growth training, workshops, and advisory sessions for seller teams and commerce operators in Korea and remotely. Deliverables include live sessions, templates, and feedback windows described in each program outline. Unless expressly stated, services are educational and do not include managed advertising spend.
3. Participant Responsibilities
Participants provide accurate enrollment information, attend sessions on time, and use shared materials only for internal business learning. Recording or redistribution of session recordings requires written permission. You agree not to misrepresent affiliation with Cloud Stream when speaking on behalf of your employer.
4. Intellectual Property
All curricula, slide decks, worksheets, and templates remain the property of Cloud Stream or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for the cohort period associated with your purchase. Derivative works for internal training are permitted; resale or public republication is not.
5. Limitation of Liability
Training is provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted under Republic of Korea law. Cloud Stream is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or marketplace policy changes enacted by third-party platforms. Aggregate liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the fees paid for that specific program.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gyeonggi-do for disputes arising from these terms, after good-faith negotiation for at least fifteen business days.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if the breaching party fails to cure within ten business days of written notice. Cloud Stream may suspend access for non-payment or abusive conduct toward staff or other participants.
8. Modifications
We may update these General Terms to reflect new offerings or regulatory guidance. Material changes will be posted with a revised last-updated date. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance unless you notify us in writing before the next billing or cohort start date.
