Refund & Cancellation

1. Overview
This policy explains eligibility for refunds on Cloud Stream programs priced in KRW. Prices are informational on the marketing site; invoicing may occur through separate agreements.
2. Eligibility Window
You may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days of payment if the cohort has not yet started and no custom materials were delivered specifically for your organization.
3. Partial Refunds
If you withdraw after the cohort begins but before the third live session, a fifty percent credit may be issued toward a future program. After the third session, fees are non-refundable except at Cloud Stream discretion for documented hardship.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Bespoke audits, rush document reviews, and third-party marketplace fees incurred on your behalf are non-refundable once work has commenced.
5. Process
Email billing@cloud-stream.one with your enrollment reference, reason, and preferred resolution. We respond within five business days with next steps.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days to the original payment method where possible; alternative methods may be used for international transfers.
7. Korean Consumer Context
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections applicable in Korea. Where statute provides stronger rights, those rights prevail. For disputes, contact us first; external mediation remains available.
